The Rundown: Why in the Hell Should Wesley Snipes Go to Jail?

This makes me absolutely sick to my stomach: Mike Nifong ruined three young men's lives and spent ONE NIGHT in jail and here they are trying to sentence Wesley Snipes to THREE YEARS IN PRISON!?

It is more than sickening - I could feasibly stroke-out, if I think about it too hard. With everything else going on in this world, why is this even an issue!? Considering prison overcrowding alone, this is colossally ignorant and a classic abuse of the system.
