Apple, Inc. is distributing an iPhone 2.1 software update to developers that may fix bugs frustrating iPhone owners. Besides problems synchronizing with Appleâ€™s MobileMe service, users have reported crashes and other problems. The update is expected to include changes to the iPhoneâ€™s GPS features, possibly leading to turn-by-turn directions.
