Apple, Inc. has been granted a summary judgment in a class-action lawsuit brought by iPhone purchaser Jose Trujillo. Trujillo argued that Apple and AT&T concealed a replacement charge for the iPhone’s battery. The judge ruled that Apple warned buyers in small print, but AT&T still faces a hearing on its terms of service.
