Apple Recalls iPhone USB Power Adapters

Apple, Inc. is advising iPhone 3G users not to use a USB power adapter until replacements are ready. The Apple iPhone adapter’s metal prongs can break off and get stuck in a power outlet. The iPhone adapters were supplied with every iPhone 3G sold in the U.S., Japan, Canada, Mexico and several Latin American countries.
