Google’s Android mobile operating system and upcoming Nokia smartphones will be the first to get a Visa credit-card application. An analyst said the smaller market for Android will let Visa develop and test the software quickly. Visa may have to wait for Nokia to release phones equipped with Near-Field Communication (NFC) chips, due next year.
