Number 1in Google in 120 days - Oh, really?!

I'm seeing that lately, more and more people are becoming either affiliates or clients of 1on40.com. Just in case you don't know what this is, I will tell you briefly: it's a new service which "guarantees" you that your website or blog will get a top position ( first one, to be exact ), in any search engine, in 120 days. I don't know if they are a scam or not, but I just wanted to do a short review about it and see if some of you have heard about it and what do you think of this service?
