Alexa Ranking Change(s) - Still Inaccurate If You Ask Me!

I'm sure a lot of you guys already know, but Alexa recently changed their ranking system and supposedly it is going to be a little more accurate and not rely heavily on Alexa toolbar users anymore.

But is that really enough? Will it be better or still completely inaccurate?
