Pick the kind of watermelon you like best...I like the NON~seedless watermelons. I am an old fashioned girl and the seeds are easy to pick out.I think they are sweeter and have a better flavor.

I always make sure the watermelon is icy cold when I make sorbet because the freezing time is less.

Cut your watermelon cut and/or save the rind for Pickled Watermelon Rind later.
