There is not a more beautiful fish in the water than the Mahi-Mahi or Dolphin.My family were great sportsmen & loved the prize and fight of a Mahi-Mahi.My sister & I grew up on the Atlantic & when we would catch Dolphin, I always wished they would release it.To say it is an Ocean Gem,would be an understatement.Since I have just written an article about the Mediterranean Diet,as promised a recipe, here is Mahi-Mahi Mediterranean Style.
