An Abbey customer has had his account tampered with after leaving negative feedback on a customer satisfaction survey. George Bates, 23,had his account locked, his direct debits and overdraft facilities cancelled and his account details changed to that of a 33 year old Ugandan divorcee after he left negative feedback about an Abbey employee on a customer-service survey.
