Flash Movie: Megaman Vs Quickman | Constant Limit

I found this Flash movie on YouTube that I remember from Newgrounds. This from the Nintendo game Megaman II showing a battle between Megaman and Quickman. If you remember this game, Quickman is the one who had that stage with all the deadly lasers that could destroy you with one hit. Using the time stopper right before the lasers came out froze them in their tracks and made it easier to traverse through these sections.
