Serendipity! I JUST made a lengthy post about MY run-ins with this illustrious company today! I have paid over $861 JUST SINCE AUGUST and received a $209 bill this morning! After months of dealing with this, I finally pulled out ALL the bills going back to January 2007 and found that - JUST AS I HAVE BEEN SAYING FOR A YEAR NOW - they dropped like 4 payments and have not credited me!!! I have OVERPAID somewhere in the neighborhood of $300 in the last year!!! NOT INCLUDING LATE FEES AND SALES TAX!
Tonight, after the third call today, the supervisor told me I needed to take all my paperwork down to the local office. The "local office" is 50 miles away.
